Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable applications across front-end and back-end systems.
• Product Innovation: Collaborate with product managers and designers to develop user-focused, impactful products.
• Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Scalable Architecture: Build robust, high-availability systems capable of handling significant user traffic.
• Continuous Improvement: Rapidly iterate on features while ensuring high-quality standards and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to align products with user needs.
• Automation & CI/CD: Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure optimal system performance by identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End: Experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or other server-side languages.
• Databases: Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Version Control: Strong expertise in Git workflows.
• API Design: Proficient in building and integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Testing: Experience with automated testing using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Microservices architecture and serverless application experience.
• Knowledge of API Gateway and data security best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel).
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a product-driven environment with a focus on scalability and innovation.
